We all have different thoughts, needs, and frankly things we like to eat. In spite of these differences, we all share a common goal: Getting the most out of ourselves when we are at the Box.
Just like training, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to your nutrition. It’s a game of trying things out. In our New You Challenge we have a wide range of new athletes from all walks of life. Some have goals of losing weight, others have goals of running a marathon. Some of our athletes haven’t cooked for themselves in years 🙂
If you’ve downloaded the Project Level Up app, and if you’ve started playing around, you will notice that it provides you with several Meal Plans to choose from. This app is designed to provide guidance towards making good food choices. We will work with each and everyone of you to help tweak the information to help you along your 6 week journey!
