Our group classes provide strength and conditioning designed for all ages. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional athlete, our Group Classes here at Etown Fitness Club is designed with universal scalability, making this the ideal exercise program for anyone, regardless of age or experience. Whether your goals are weight loss, gaining muscle or increasing endurance, all is attainable if you commit!

How Does It Work?

PHASE 1: Assessment and Movement

This is the most critical phase of the process. Before you are eligible for Group Classes, everyone starts with Personal Training. We want to assess your movement patterns, mobility and flexibility. Based on these results,

we then teach and educate you on proper form and range of motion of a variety of movements. This process typically consists of 1 to 18 movement sessions depending on NEED. Our goal is to set you up for success. We have found that this is imperative for YOUR success!

Phase 2: Classes

Each class is divided into 3 parts: Warm Up, Skill/Strength, and a Workout. Coaches will be with your during the entire session, providing cues, guidance and encouragement to ensure you are performing each movement correctly.

People of all ages, fitness levels, and sizes are capable of our workouts. We scale loads and intensity; we do not change the program.
