Push yourself past your normal workout
Sweat + Move is the perfect sixty minute workout. You will move through a series of high intensity intervals that combine power + endurance. Regardless if you're an experienced athlete or new to fitness, this class will allow you to get in, get moving and get results!
The class will include a warmup, a high intensity workout, and cool down. Each class is coached throughout to ensure proper form and safety.
This class is great for clients of all fitness levels. No Intro Required.
